Now this is one of those 'if I could give ZERO STARS ✨ I would. I usually frequent the Manhattan Bagel in the Tractor 🚜 & Supply place near my home in Rhondda about once a week. (They recognize me when I walk in, and know what I usually order. And I've always them given a 5 ⭐ review with the 'if I could give 6 stars ✨ if I could'). Now back to my review. The man behind the counter was the reason why I'm leave this review and of course will NEVER go back again 😔.

The owner/manager is horribly rude. He will not accept an alteration to a sandwich, which it clearly states that substitutions are welcome on the menu. I asked for the bacon to not be added to my sandwich and he said I would have to be charged still for the bacon. Not adding the bacon creates less work for the employee making the sandwich. On more than one occasion he has made me feel uncomfortable and has been rude to me. He’s unwelcoming and miserable. Based off of him I will never be going back to this location.

Should have read the reviews first. Guy behind the counter was not friendly, repeated my simple order of their breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel a couple times to make sure the guy behind the counter heard it correctly. Still got the order wrong…

Guy behind the counter told me he couldn’t do a bacon egg and cheese with scrambled eggs… a store that makes breakfast sandwiches and can’t make a scrambled egg..? I was actually so confused I laughed a little bit, after that he somehow …This is disappointing to hear, Mike.
