they absolutely are horrible, I could not do an outpatient procedure because they sedate me and you have to have someone else drive you, I finally got this setup for someone to drive and pick me up and they told me 7:30am, then on the Friday before the procedure they call me at the last minute to setup the OR and tell me what I need to do and then they tell me 7:00, then they call me 3 hours later and say 6:30 and would not budge. It's not just affecting me; this is also inconveniencing someone else that was willing to help me with them. I canceled all my appointments with them in other departments too and I will never do business with Adventist again, they don't know what they are doing and are very disorganized. Not sure why they asked the for the place in their response as you can clearly see that is Lodi location that I did the review on. UPDATE: not sure why they told me to reach out to them for resolution, when they just then want to pass me on to their patient advocate which I dealt with a year and half ago and go nowhere with her.

Went to ER for a concussion, and they didn’t even do a vision test; the condescending physician’s assistant simply talked down to me the whole time. To top it off, I gave them my current health insurance card after my visit for billing, but they billed an insurance plan I haven’t been on for years and is not taken by this hospital. I called to fix it, but my bill remained the same - $1000. Seriously, never go here. I’ve been trying to solve this issue for weeks to no avail.

Horrible experience. Got there at around 4:00pm didn’t leave the ER until 1:00a.m. While we got there there was a ton of people , of course we all know he have to wait in line to see a doctor was pretty quick with blood work and everything to proceed the whole process of just blood work and a x-ray took just 6 HOURS. Everyone who got there before us had left in no time and still also got X-rays done as we were in the same waiting room. Horrible nurse service , would not take us in consideration when we asked for help except for one of them. Would never wanna go back to Lodi memorial for any reason at all horrible experience.

Beautiful experience! Never been to a medical facility of any kind that prayed at the beginning of the day for themselves each other and their patients 😳😳🥺🥺🙏🏻🤝🙏. What followed was God's wonderful work through his sons and daughters perfection! Shocked by how young everyone was even the leading doctor I was assigned to. Although young very professional followed all protocols they were fast they were having fun because they loved what they do. My procedure was done without medication the way the doctor worked I couldn't tell the difference he was very gentle with me. I would highly recommend friends and family to this hospital 🌬🌬💜🕊🕊✝️🕊🕊💜 unfortunately I was looking for a review I left on December 8 2021 and couldn't find it. Thank you for what you all do their!
