Waited 3 hours & they never delivered my food, didn’t get my money back nor did I get any customer service for a refund or the food.

I will never again eat from this Papa Johns. My order came 1 1/2 later after I placed an order, the driver comes with my pizza box half open and he was all over the place. Opened the box hair was in the box as you see below, pizza was not hot and I paid for extra cheese and it wasn’t on there. I called to speak to a manager only to be hung up on and had to call back twice. Unacceptable!

My order was not correct I ordered extra large pizza which is 12 or 16 I end up with 8 slice pizza.The deliver person left with other part of order i had to call him back with that other order.Food was cold I learnt lesson no more Pizza from Pa Johnson on WalbrookJunction bless yall I m done.i called still waiting for mistake they made humbug the manager act like he understood but still waiting .
