PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE , I LITERALLY WAITED OVER 2 hours for 6wings and fries and when I called about my food the driver kept telling me 3 mins every single time I called , I even tried to get my money back and the guy who answered told me I couldn’t get my money back. I WILL NEVER order from here AGAIN. The worst restaurant ever

I waited about 4 hours for 2 subs just recently, just for them to be sub par. 👎🏽The delivery driver couldn't deliver to me because, the store admittingly took down my phone number wrong. Because the driver couldn't reach me via phone, he kept taking the order back to the store, instead of just knocking on my door. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The manager said after the first 2 hours that he would remake my order fresh for me. He STILL admittingly, left my number wrong on the order, even after I verified the correct number....so another 2 hours went by!!!! After all of that, the manager only offered me $10 off my next order, in which I declined...so then he offered me 30% off my next order. I settled for that, since I order there often, but even that was a flop! I would not have even done this review, but I placed another order and they didn't honor it. I've been ordering from there for years, because I love their pizza...but I must say I'm pretty disappointed with how this was handled. Come on nephews! Take care of your long time patrons!

It took over 9 minutes to place our order because we were put on hold several times and had to repeat our order several times.. we we're told 45 to 50 minutes. Ok, I get it, they're busy. I waited over an hour and 10 minutes for my food before I called to check the status of my food. I was told that they were already here, apparently they wrote the apartment number AND my telephone number incorrectly, even though it was repeated several times. They then argued with me over the phone for several minutes, trying to tell me the man was here with my food, even though my boyfriend was standing outside the apartment building door. I gave my boyfriend the phone and gave up. After trying to figure out where my food was for 10 minutes, I was over it altogether. Food finally gets here and it's warm, at best. We ordered 2 cheese steaks, one is completely wrong to the point where I can't even eat it. I don't even have patience to call them back and complain. They'll probably just swear that it's right anyway. $40+ wasted. I called back against my better judgment and the man proceeded to argue with me about Old Bay on my cheese steak. He said they put Old Bay in all of their cheese steaks and I have to ask for it to not be on there. I told him I ordered a cheese steak the same exact way the other day, with only extra cheese, ketchup, and fried onions, and there was no Old Bay. He proceeded to yell and me and hung up on me. This place is ridiculous. We ordered the other day and it was delicious, but I won't be ordering again after this experience.
