Belle Vernon, Verizon store the manager helped my husband and I he was fantastic. We don't know much about electronics and couldn't receive phone calls after we did all we could on our part we took to store .It needed a new sim card which he installed and didn't charge us a penny. Very nice and polite guy.

Got my new phone on Tuesday and I need some help. Tried to make an appointment and was told there are no appointments at the Belle Vernon store. Make an appointment at another store!!!!! Does this mean I can never get an appointment ever?? If so I will be happy to go back to my old carrier because I am not driving 20 or 30 miles to find another store! Not the greatest customer service!
