UPDATE: This place is definitely not the same now the building has been sold to Bell Partners, Inc. Their management company is awful. Communication is horrible. What made this place great was the excellent management staff that was previously here from Sares Regis. I do not foresee living here past my lease. ____________________________________________________________________ This complex is an overall great place to live. It’s secure, conveniently located near the freeway and freeway exits, and has lots of street parking for guests. The amenities/community rooms are great, especially for those of us who work from home and want to leave our apartments whilst staying safe indoors during COVID restrictions. Having trash valet is awesome. The parking garage is also great and secure. The building is maintained in good order and is clean. The staff is great, friendly, and responsive. Shout outs to Maher and Peter for always being very kind, prompt, and professional. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new place to move to check this place out!

Lived in Cadence for about 21 months and it was an amazing unit with great ventilation and ample space for all the needs. Highlights: - Maintenance team - Hospitality - Valet Trash - Noise cancelling double pane windows - Noise cancelling walls? - Never heard anything from adjacent units The best part of Cadence was the maintenance team. The app designed was very user friendly to report issues and the team was on it with hours to fix them. Hospitality: Peter was amazing person. He was the one who first checked us in and has always been responsive and the person to reach out to. It was a bittersweet experience to complete the checkout process again with him again. Well Done Cadence team! Thank you for the wonderful experience

We lived in a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 1300 sq ft townhome over the past 2 years. Peter, Sasha, Yana and the property management staff are stellar - the best we've ever dealt with amongst the apartment communities we've lived in. Very responsive, friendly and effective at their jobs. This is a really unique unit - you won't find anything like it in San Mateo county at this quality level and price range. Brand new when we moved in. Beautiful finishes and good build quality. We have our own door on Cypress Ave. Two floors including a huge open-concept living/dining/kitchen with powder room on the first floor and two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. Location is super close to restaurants on Grand Ave, groceries/shopping, and easy access to both SF (10 minutes to the Mission, 15-20 min to downtown), and the South Bay (15 min to San Mateo, 25 min to Palo Alto). The amenities in the community are awesome as well. Gym, parking and storage facilities are great. The common room will wow you - massive multi story open space with huge windows looking out onto beautiful Sign Hill in South San Francisco. A great place to host parties or bring friends. They also have a conference room (with TV) and work stations in the common room. Finally, we've loved having free electric car charging in the garage. We've really enjoyed our time here at Cadence and wish we could've stayed longer. It's truly a unique place to live and we hope future residents enjoy our unit!

We lived here for a complete year and I must say it’s a great experience! The apartment itself is new, stylish and clean. Their cleaning staff vacuum the hallway carpet and wipe the coffee machine / glasses in the common area pretty frequently. You will need fobs to get into the building and garage is very well secured too. The management staff are probably the best team I’ve ever met! Peter and Maher have been great to residents here. They responded fast on all our requests, showing great sense of responsibility and being professional all the time. The only thing that could be a problem is the noise from trash dumpster in the mornings. Unfortunately that’s not something the apartment could do to avoid and I totally understand that. I myself is a sensitive sleeper so it was something to me initially, but after I started using earplugs when sleeping, it’s no longer a big issue. Overall speaking, we were happy living here. Would definitely consider Cadence if we move back to the area.

Cadence is a 7 min walk to Caltrain and about a 5 min drive to Bart. We are located off the 101 and within minutes from the 380 and 280 freeway.
