Do not make a TSA Pre-Check appointment here! I showed up ten minutes early for my appointment, ended up waiting for forty minutes only to have them take someone else ahead of me.

y'all have nothing better to do but chat on your little walkie talkies and then you expect the customer to tell you the condition of your own bathrooms can you too lazy to see it for yourself no stars for you. Then when I tell the manager I get follow it out like I'm some kind of a criminal or something after I spent a hundred bucks there.
