Unfortunately I have used this facility numerous times before to a great satisfaction until today. The doctor attending today was totally heartless. He was a cold pitiful individual who show little compassion for the circumstances. My wife was extremely disappointed in how he showed zero concern for fulfilling his service and was definitely only concerned in collecting a fee. There are big holes in the medical system and we need courageous providers to lead us to a better management of the services. Unfortunately we met with money hungry heartless individual.

I have been here a few times. I feel that they were great and diagnosed everything correct. From my trigger finger, the X-ray that was administered, and my kidney issues. The staff is so polite. If I am in a situation where I need urgent care, this is my place.

I was having a problem with my ear being plugged and loss of hearing. I made an appointment online for a same day visit to the urgent care in Brentwood. The original appointment was for 10:00am the receptionist called me and asked if I would/could like to come in a bit earlier at 9:45, which was fine. Upon my arrival I was greeted as if I was an old friend. I had filled out the paper work online before going so all I needed was to show my ID, medical card and make my co-payment. I had been seated in the waiting room less than 5 minutes before I was taken to an exam room. The 2 nurses that took my vitals were actually fun to talk to and made me comfortable. Shortly after they were finished the Doctor arrived, she listened to what I had to say abut my problem and checked me over and explained her findings that I had excessive fluid in my middle ear caused in part from a bad case of hay-fever. The doctor prescribed medication for the hay fever and made me a referral appointment with an ENT Doctor to remove the fluid in my middle ear. The Doctor also noticed from medical records that I had suffered second degree burns on my leg and offered to check the healing progress, she noted to me that it was healing nicely and had a nurse put a new dressing on the burn, this was an unexpected show of concern to me as a patient from a Doctor. From the time I arrived until leaving was less than 20 minutes. Everyone from the first person I talked to until the last was, friendly and concerned about my overall health. I can only rate the Brentwood John Muir Urgent Care 5 stars which is a shame, because 10 stars would still not do the staff here justice!
