Was here at noon. They told me to come back later before 830pm. When I arrived at 730 i was told they were no longer doing x-rays for the day and they were not very nice about it. Very inconvenient.

Been w/Sutter for years. Called Sutter Imaging for an ordered X-ray. I asked if I needed a appt.; no, it's walk in. I said I need to come after 5:00 p.m. & they said no problem. My dtr had to take me; gasoline price is high; she was tired after a long day at work. Got there & was told it would be an HOUR b4r I could be seen. No one was in waiting room; no cars in park lot. I can only assume it was "dinner hour" for techs. When I called, I should have been told there would be a waiting time during their dinner time. Waiting an hour was NOT acceptable. Maybe better training is in order. As in, tell me if I come between "blank" & "blank" there will be a wait. Not happy. Didn't get X-Ray. UPDATE: Dtr and I went AGAIN to Sutter Imaging on L Street last night. This time we were able to wait & anticipated it; we brought our IPads for the wait. We were told the "machines were down." Another wasted trip; more gas money; parking fees; time expended; and no xRay. Surely something better can be done. Perhaps when people call they oould explain there is a "dinner hour?" (If that was the case) As for machines being down, that could have been easily typed in the Google area where they are listed. I am writing to Sutter Corporate today.

Very clean and organized place! Woman at the front desk was very friendly and exceptionally professional! First time here and will definitely be recommending this place due to the comfortable atmosphere and accommodating staff. Thank you!

Stood in line 15 min on one leg with a crutch no chairs available to sit while in line. 3 people ahead if me 6 people.behind me. Elderly w/ cane and a man on crutches. Anyway only 1 person answering phones.and checking in patients. She had everyone sit down and said.would call us up.one by one and then she would.register.us. After that she claimed.we.had.a.one hour wait. Im counting 19 people sitting and 3 more in line checking in. Do yourself a favor.do.imaging.somewhere else.If they cant Manage the flow of patients and it takes.2 hours for a.simple xray, go elsewhere! Just a warning!?
