If I did not have to leave a star to leave an comment I would rate today's visit as "This store need to close down or teach your employees customer service skills were they lack". One of them got on the loud speaker saying they are closing in five minute when Dollar Tree close at 9pm and saying tell your kids not to touch anything and our cameras are watching you. How about watch an video on giving customer service instead making known what a theft you are in the store you work in plus learn how to talk to folks Evening shift need to be fired and clean the store

This is the worse dollar tree I have ever entered. Ms. Monica is a heartless and insensitive person. There were customers, in the store and Monica yell " I'm sick of everyone in the store. And she is of management at the Dollar Tree,. Dollar Tree is this what you train your staff to do?. Just because you're in the hood Monica, you don't have to be hoodish. Monica, and Dollar Tree, please be advised that Dollar Tree, is a option. And if people patronize you, it's an option not a must.
