The tech who performed my ultrasound was very welcoming and friendly. She explained everything she was doing and answered any question I may have had. She also kept light conversation to pass the time while remaining focused on her task. I was very satisfied with her service.

The setting was very quiet, which I liked. The staffs were pretty nice, and respectful. It was a quick X-ray for me, but my experience there was a breeze & I felt very comfortable although I was worried about the process. Thank you staffs for creating a welcoming, friendly environment. Thank you

The only problem with this place is the wait time when you have to go in for x-rays I wish that they would allow you to make an appointment when you have to do X-rays. Other than that the staff is so amazing and so helpful and when I was taken back for my x-rays the lady that did my x-rays was so amazing and very kind and was always making sure that I was comfortable. And for that is the reason that I am giving this place a 5-star review because customer service goes so far that sometimes the wait is worth it

Always great every time I go! I know I gave it a perfect score several tines in the past, so how can I indicate they have improved on perfection? They have learned the secret of continuous betterment! From the time you arrive, until the time you leave , everything just seems to flow smoothly . No rush, no pressure, no drama and no confusion; wonderful management, efficient and organized. The very best part is every staff person is attentive, compassionate, patient, friendly, and not only are they focused on you, they also make you feel as if they actually have the time of day for you. So, the bottom line is: Be assured that for whatever reason you are there, this is one piece of your medical journey that you do not have to dread! God bless everyone who reads this!
