Today I came through the drive thru and Ordered a 4 PC Happy Meal; Oreo McFlurry and a 3 pack of chocolate chip cookies. I get to the next window and they let me pay for the order. I move to the 2nd window where I was given the food. Once again NOTHING was stated that they were out or any thing. Instead they Threw an apple fritter in the bag with out saying anything I drove off and had to turn around. My husband ran inside with the fritter and was told by manager on duty that they were out and "Cookies took 12 mins" (they do not. Former kitchen department manager of 5 years also if they were too lazy to throw them in the oven they could have thrown them in the Qing oven. My husband said that instead of just throwing a item in the bag they should have told me. Which is true. No Apology was given and instead was just offered another item. This store must be corporate owned. Because the service is sub par at best

Most improved fast food franchise I've ever seen, incredible turnaround from - never go - to a must go! Fresh, hot & fast, best fountain drinks anywhere.

Unfortunately, this is the only McDonald's near to me. Food was not warm -and- seemed to be 'thrown' together . Also, everyone from the cashier to the food window workers seemed unhappy.

It happens from time to time at this location orders are messed up. Not happy when I got home to find out that there were two mistakes. Even though the boxes are tagged double quarters pounders the boxes themselves are labeled quarter pounder with cheese as such are quarter pounders inside.
