I like the structure of the workout, where I can leave it to you to come up with the exercises for each session. I also like the encouragement of the coaches and that they correct my bad form. Orangetheory provides an excellent full body workout and is a better value proposition compared to other gyms that just provide equipment and leave it to you to figure it all out. I have no doubt that I will reach my fitness goals with Orangetheory Fitness.

Orange Theory was a game changer for me. I’ve always been active and somewhat fit but when OTF opened I had seriously lost interest in exercise. I remember joining and thinking that it was pretty cool, but three years later I don’t think I could live without it. The coaches keep me going and correct my form and I have had the chance to see my own strength and endurance grow through tracking my heart rate. I live for splat points and pushing myself now. Coach Kat and Coach Sarah are some of my favorites simply because they have great positive vibes and I always look forward to seeing them. During the pandemic when people asked me what I missed the most, I know I was supposed to say, going out to dinner, but my response was always that I missed Orange Theory. OTF is definitely one my homes away from home now and I am so grateful for everything it gives me and the fact that it provides the tools to be successful in taking care of my body and mind. I am a mom of two and a teacher so OTF truly facilitates my success in life in general. I cannot say enough of my love for OTF.

Great workout! Challenging and fun! I love the technology and quality of the equipment. Everything is very organized and clean. Class sizes are perfect. This is probably my favorite gym I've ever been to!

An OTF Livermore membership is the best decision I've made for myself in a long time. The workouts solve all my old excuses for not working out. The workouts are planned for you and different every day, you just show up. It's only an hour but if you are committed its not hard to make each workout challenging and calorie burning. Each class starts right on time and ends on time so it's easy to plan into life. There is a sense of community encouragement but each workout is easily catered to individual fitness levels. You can always add a drop in class above your membership if you want. There are events and specific challenges always mixing things up. They have lots of studios and although I've never been to another one, I know I have options. The coaches and music are motivating and positive. I only wish there were more late evening class options (after kid bedtime) but these coaches have to sleep sometime so I understand. Basically, it's great, go try it!!
