I'm a first time customer who went to this US Brands Furniture location twice before I purchased a dining table set in the middle of February, with full knowledge that it was somewhat on back order. Little did I know that we would be in the midst of a Pandemic in a few weeks time! I can gladly say that my overall experience was very good. I was notified in mid March when the items were largely available and delivery and installation was a smooth process (even in the midst of a Pandemic!). Unfortunately, one of the dining chairs arrived with a stain and I had to wait to have it exchanged.... Not surprisingly I was expecting a major delay but the chair was swapped out in only a few days time. So far I am happy with my purchase and the combination of good customer service (patience and candor about pricing) and solid logistics means that I will be a repeat customer.
