Nice and pleasant staff working here. But the wait times are completely unreasonable especially if you have a scheduled appointment slot. I understand that emergencies might pop up here and there. But I do believe a 3.5 hour wait for a simple oil and filter change is completely unreasonable. It was not a major repair or service interval. This was a complete waste of time coming here for service. Just to reiterate....the service reps are pleasant and great to deal with but the wait is a deal breaker. This experience has left a sour taste.

We had a great experience at Route 1 Hyundai. You should definitely see Jeff for your car buying needs. They also have great coffee! Just a little update: The dealership called us to check in and make sure everything was ok w the car. The license plates arrived less than 2 weeks after we purchased the car. Definitely recommend this dealership!

Are you leasing or financing? If you are leasing most likely will have to pay to Hyundai Motor Finance, if you financing have to know what's the bank you are financing with. May be the same one. Look at your contract.
Save your time and money and go to a mechanic in your town. If you need a good one, I can recommend but PLEASE don’t go here
The GM is now Janet Feliciano. She doesn’t listen to you and talks over you. You won’t get assistance.
