They were supposed To deliver a flower .But never arrived.For a memorial service.I spoke to her she said she had been in a car accident.But she would still deliver it since she had it made up.But this hss been 2 weeks .She has never delivered it yet.She won't even call us back.I would not use her.She very unrelieable
