I was passing through Colonia and made an about face once I noticed the salumeria. Grabbed 2 cold sandwiches ( ham/sal/prov and 1 with prosciutto added) and a meatball sub. Also bought eggplant rollatini and a meatball in sauce. All very fresh and delicious. I beat the lunch rush. I am confident most of the food goes pretty quickly.

Awesome selection of imported Italian goods that brought me back to my childhood in Brooklyn. The guys working behind the counter are great guys who never failed to help me and actually gave me some pastries to try when I first moved to clark. It's a bit on the pricier side but you definitely pay for what you get and here the quality is top notch.

The bread alone is fantastic. Godfather, Cuban and Chicken Parm were all outstanding. A Beautiful place for sandwiches, dinners, specialty cheeses, dry sausages, catering, homemade tomato sauces as well as desserts.
