Dominos pizza taste will never change however the service can. I ordered and had delivered the 19.99 coupon combo they forgot my drink and some sauces I ordered. I’m not going to make a big scene about it, I asked the delivery guy about my drink and he lied and told me I never ordered it. Then he proceeded to say he forgot it and I had no problem cause everyone has those days I just asked if he could bring it back since I did pay for it. He never arrived. I called the place from the store and they were so rude on the phone and proceeded to hang up on me. Luckily the customer service line I called from corporal was cordial enough to give me coupons and rewards after. Just saying I didn’t care about some sauces and a drink but to treat people like that is totally disrespectful. If you don’t like your job than quit it’s not my fault.

The crew there works really hard and does a great job! My order is always correct and is always on time when I pick up my order. They are very polite and demonstrates excellent customer service despite being extremely short staffed and overwhelmed sometimes. The only problem is if you opt for delivery it will be quite a wait do to lack of drivers. If you don't mind picking up your food all is good!

Don’t order from this location .. I worked there for a year and they have honestly gotten a lot worse .. This is how my pizza’s were when they were delivered to my home . When I tried to call back, I was on hold for an hour just to not speak to anyone. No one answers the phone. They delivered half eaten pizzas. I don’t know who the manager is or who hired them but I know for a fact, they should be fired 100%.. The whole order was about $30 and this is what I received.. This is 100% unacceptable and I should get my money back or new fresh WHOLE pizzas but no one answers… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! YOU ARE OFF ORDERING FROM PIZZAHUT WHICH IS ABOUT 5-15 FROM THE DOMINO’S IN SOUTH PLAINFIELD.. You will be disappointed and this is coming from a former employee..!!!
