Wouldn’t you know it, I came home after a long exhausting day at work and I have NO hot water to take a shower and it’s a Sunday, on a holiday weekend and after 5pm. I called the emergency number from the leasing office and within an hour Jeremy and Aaron show up. They had to replace my water heater. They did a great job. They were efficient and friendly. You wouldn’t have know it was after hours on a holiday weekend. I was very happy with their service and positive attitudes AND I was able to take a shower before I went to bed. 👍🏼👍🏼

I lived at Park Sierra for a little over a year (May 2021-July 2022), and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Dublin area. I read through reviews of all of the major apartment complexes in Dublin before choosing Park Sierra, and pretty much all of them included complaints about the property management--Park Sierra was the exception. During my time there, the team at Park Sierra really proved that they are the exception to the experience you'd generally expect at a corporate-owned complex. Kassi, Spencer and everyone else in the office were always friendly, pleasant, supportive, and easy to work with when any concerns arose. Grant, Jeremy, Aaron and the rest of the maintenance team were also amazing--always there with a smile and a wave when you see them around, and quick to respond to and address any maintenance requests. Beyond that, the apartments are nice and well maintained, the complex is pretty quiet, and it always felt safe. On multiple occasions, I had packages delivered while I was out of town and came back to find them undisturbed a week later. I truly have no complaints from my time there, and only moved because I was upgrading to a house with a yard for my dogs. (By the way, Park Sierra is super dog friendly--there are plenty of dogs around there, many people who take advantage of proximity to the Iron Horse Trail for walks, and the maintenance team always took the time to say hello to my dog whenever they had to come into my apartment.)

We are new to the complex as well as the state, my wife, puppy and I drove cross country to move to CA from CT. The staff at Park Sierra has been beyond welcoming and helpful while we coordinated our move. The community has been so kind to us as well and Park Sierra is just simply a beautiful place. The apartments are modern, and feels very safe. We are truly enjoying our time here so far and look forward to the months to come.

When I first moved here there was someone else managing Park Sierra and although I loved my apartment, and the maintenance staff was amazing, the then manager treated it more like a prison where he was the warden...far too much stress for everyone. I had been through an incredibly difficult time and needed a calm, safe place to live but I was contemplating moving again because of him. Then things changed and amazingly one of the women that worked in the office got promoted to manager and since then Park Sierra has been the absolute best place to live. Kassi has done, and continues to do, a fantastic job as manager. I credit Kassi with making living here such a wonderful experience as she understands that this is home for those of us renting here and she goes above and beyond to make this a safe, clean, and happy environment. She gets the job done but is also an incredibly personable and compassionate individual. I have seen a big change in the way people feel here because of the energy shift that occurred when she took over. There is no longer that intense feeling of stress that had been here before and she has implemented many changes from small things to big to make this an always improving environment. I have to say that for someone who is still relatively young she navigated through the pandemic with aplomb. I know of people twice her age who did not handle it nearly as well as Kassi has. I also must point out that the maintenance staff here at Park Sierra is hands down the absolute best of anywhere I’ve ever encountered. I don’t know how they accomplish it but they are on top of everything and always have the best attitudes towards it all. They are the hardest workers I have seen and somehow they manage to get all of the things done on a daily basis and they do it all with a smile on their faces. Really and truly in my experience everyone who works here at Park Sierra are some of the best people you can find: hardworking, honest, friendly, compassionate and warm...simply good people...which makes for a wonderful place to live.
