1st time ordering here and last time...My chips was stale and soggy! The meat was cold like its been sitting inside the bin for a while but over cooked! I would not recommend this el pollo to my coworkers to eat here!

I usually come here and have never had an issue until I ordered through UberEats today, my mashed potatoes had some type of dry powder in the middle, not only did it gross me out it gave me a massive stomach ache.

Place was dirty, bathrooms smells bad plus i waited 15 minutes for them to tell me no chicken soup. The manager was rude when i asked for my money back. I have gone back. Maybe they are trying a little. But you can't take the fact that the good is healthy fired grilled chicken is great. So I guess even with sometimes rude employees you can still try and enjoy a meal to go...
