I used to really like shopping here however as of lately, it seems like there just aren't enough workers. On my last few trips, there would only ever be 1 cashier, or 2 if the line was ridiculously long. On the sales floor, there isn't an associate in sight. They have items that are locked but no one available to unlock them for you.

Great store! Great products and big selection of fabrics. I am glad that I don't have to be running around trying to find different stuff for my sewing projects. I was able to find everything I need in one stop. Friendly and very polite staff. Clean and well organized store. The staff is always ready to help and I get well greet as soon as I open the door. The cutting section sometimes get over crowded but they have multiple staff helping customers and they have a numbering system which help if you are able to keep shopping until you hear your number to be call. Great location! Update: Sadly to report that fabric section is really low in stock and not as the huge variety this store just to carry before.

I will never understand why I took so long to visit this store, but I've only been going there for 3 years or so. So thrilled with today's (Black Friday) haul! I paid $132.00+ for $476.00+ of goods, that means I saved $346.00+! Joanns should put that on their receipts, so I can show the proof. Bottom line... I couldn't be more pleased as a loyal customer.
