The sales team at Fred Beans Volkswagen of Devon is fantastic. I worked with Jeff Deacon, the store manager BJ Murray, and a sales person called Chris, who took me for a test drive before Jeff arrived but I didn't catch his last name). They are all very knowledgeable and answer questions thoroughly, which is of course crucial. But they are also friendly, personable and have great senses of humor, which helps so much when your spending a ton of money and making such a huge commitment! Damian Roth, who walks you through the loan and payment process, is also a wonderful member of the team. The feeling you get is that these are all colleagues who are working together, not competitively working against one another. It makes the whole experience a lot better for the customer. I will be a lifelong customer!

Eric was amazing and listened to everything I was looking for. I never felt pressured into anything, and really felt like like he was honest and helpful. John was also amazing and so knowledgable about all of the cars. He answered every question I had without hesitation and was very helpful. He even offered the option of sending questions after I bought the car to make sure I knew how to utilize all of the features. This was such a pleasant experience. They made the entire process easy. Buying a car right now is hard, supply and demand, dealers going over sticker price, and dealers not accepting discount programs. Fred Beans was the exact opposite of any other dealer I went to looking for a new car. Not only was the car at sticker price, they made a deal for a new car that was on the lot and accepted the discount program from my employer. The four years of maintenance and inspections are enough to bring my back, the awesome sales staff and finance staff a welcome bonus.
