Pizza is delicious. They are the only Rosati's that make the 24 inch pizza in my area. Customer service is good. I have never eaten inside at the restaurant part or tried other food than their pizza. So I can't speak on that part.

I will never eat from this location again. Today I went and ordered a slice of cheese pizza and bit into a piece of metal and almost swallowed it. After I finished choking to death, I called rosati's to complain and not only did they forget to apologize about the incident but they asked me to send the picture so they can review it and just offered me another slice of pizza. NO THANK YOU!!!!!

I keep trying them, and I keep getting disappointed. After ordering online and not having it delivered, I called. The guy said “our website is bad. If you want to order, call.” 🤔 Then I’m on my couch and I hear a horn honking. I open the door and the driver refuses to come to the front door because the “side walk is dark” 🤔 I’ve never had a delivery company say this. Then they forgot two ingredients on the pizza. They got two stars because the pizza was actually really good (even though missing ingredients). All of our staff and team members are required to wear masks as well as mandatory temperature checks before shifts daily. We have installed hand sanitzer stations in the lobby for our customers, near the bathrooms in the dining room (which is closed due to COVID), and for our employees in the back in 2 places. We have also installed a clear partition in the cashier window for the safety of our customers and staff. Doors and counters are being sanitized multiple times during the day in the lobby. We offer curbside pick up as well and a non-contact delivery option, by request. If for any reason you feel as if we could be doing more to keep everyone safe, please leave a comment with the manager on duty and your concern will be addressed by upper management in a timely manner.
