Aside from the fact that I live here I would recommend this park to anyone looking for a great place to live. The streets are lined with OAK trees which sometimes can become a problem with the leaves but the air is kept much cleaner because of them in the park itself great bunch of people good leader ship and just a good good place to live.

my wife’s relative lived there for over 4 years. She finally moved after knowing how the managers treat elderly persons. They will around knocking on residents doors demanding them to pay their taxes. Another resident brother was dying, less than 4 months to live, and these board people, harassed the resident and said his brother was not allowed to stay in HIS home!! Another resident was persecuted for having her daughter as her caretaker, and the board would brag about suing the woman. residents are nice. That’s about all.

My mom moved into Oak Crest Estates in 2002. When she passed on, we moved my in laws into her home. For the past 17 years, I’ve been to social events, my kids have been trick or treating, we have worked in a community garden, watched ducklings hatch and waddle down to the creek and have loved many people along the way.

Buyer beware!! BUYERS FAMILY BEWARE!! the hoa files fraudulent liens on deceased members estates, denies heirs property rights upon death of member and denies obligation to provide health and safety maintenance repair and hazmat cleanup when faulty septic tank issues Denies aging members right to aa caregiver. Sues long time residents for having family visitors resulting ilawsuits of their aging members. Denies a valid will and property rights as if they are attorneys.

Own land. No space rent.

Can you buy the land and if you can what is the cost

No, it is a co-op park where each resident owns 1 share of the entire park. Meaning if there are 100 lots, each owner would own 1 100th of the entire park. The last I knew you must own the unit you put on your space (no financed units allowed). However I know Murphy Bank has financed units in that park. Board of park changes rules often.

San Diego Broadband is recommended for internet. Dish or Direct TV for TV service. It is not wired for cable.
