The worse automated service. Tried to cancel my appt for today at 830 am. Called at 7:45 am to cancel it due to waking up with Covid 19 like symptoms..8:15 and still NO live person “someone will be there ASAP” heard that recording like 15 times. Ended up hanging up by 8:15 am!! Too bad rating doesn’t have a -0!!!

With warning: in addition to their neglecful care and callous customer service, they're now owned by a banking institution and freely share your information AND your emergency contacts information with predatory, telemarketing credit , loan, & banking agencies unrelated to medical bills.
