I had my bike inspected today and the cashier was on the phone discussing lug nuts with a possible customer while I, an actual customer with money in hand stood in front of him for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future.

Messaged Mike on Facebook after they were closed Saturday about Can Am Trail and he said he would be in touch first thing Tuesday morning. He called to say we were approved first thing when they opened and we just left with it. The three hour trip was definitely worth it! Great people to deal with!
