This place lags. The workers here are either not trianed properly or they just do not care. It took over an hour and a half for the workers to get to me and I was number four in like when i got there and when ever they did help me they they ran out of equipment

My dad had a service added to his account without his authorization. He called immediately to get it removed and was told to wait 24 hrs. Be careful if you come here and double check your bills.

Long wait just return their equipment Security lady was very nice Took more than 45 min to return equipment Staff doesnt seem to make an effor to help other customers i defenitly not recommended people to come here

The wait is long the service was fair, I still got charged for service I didn't use and here again as in most stores in Moreno Valley no cultural diversity so sad. Everyone needs work. If we get to heaven no one will care what language we speak. Only that we love each other.

If you got a new modem you should have got the router with it. Also depending on where your located you might need to have an amplifier put in. It will help with the connection.
