Went to get my hair done here two weeks ago, I let a former friend of mine relax and color my hair. One of the instructors gave me the tips and tools I needed to have healthy hair. I’m going back this Saturday to have my hair done over. I was overly pleased with the professionalism and with how my hair turned out. 😊

I graduated in 2012. I've been licensed for 7 years now. With the determination, persistence and willingness to learn, BSHD has a lot to offer! I wasn't ready when I first started in 2007. After being in retail for about 6 months I realized hair was my PASSION! if you dont want this dont waste your time. You have to have the drive & desire in order to succeed in this field. I wish I could go back and embrace more knowledge! Good luck to all potential students. For clients, please be patient with the potential stylists, as they are still learning about professionalism and business management, which is another PLUS for BSHD because that's taught too. We are all a work in progress. Give them space to grow. Speaking from someone who had to be groomed and grow.

There teachers are very passionate because in my humble opinion, they are focused to push you to the height of your greatest you and your success in finishing is their success also.
