I have personally spoken with Keishall Barrow. She is kind to me offers me a bottle a water at least two of the times I’ve been there. I asked a nurse that works there to get my friend a newspaper to read and she took note of it and said she would ask. They are very nice and very strict about PPE. They recommend face masks, shields and outer protection. I’m grateful my friend is in a place like this. Hopefully they follow through and get my friend a newspaper and do their best to help him anyway they can. Thank you Country Villa Belmont Heights Healthcare Center for wanting to help my friend.

I am beyond frustrated and HURT to say the least at how this place, more specifically Case Worker Maria conducts business in such an insensitive manner. What Case Worker, Manager or Administrator does not put scheduled appointments in their calendar and forgets, nor calls to say, hey I haven't gotten to it yet etc... nor does she keep her word to call back to let us know ANYTHING. Our Mom passed April 12th, 2019, and we have scheduled to go and pick up her clothes and belongings. The first scheduled time we had to postpone because of conflicting scheduling in handling our Mom's affairs. We called and set up another appointment, and when we called as asked, to confirm to ensure they gather our Mom's belongings from out of the storage Maria had forgotten nor did she have it down on her Calendar. Since that date of talking to her, she said she would get back to us to schedule another date for when we could go pick up mommy's belongings.. we still have not heard from her! It is now June 19th, and we've been told she's received all our messages (we have called often) and she just chooses NOT to respond? She's even told the person taking our calls to tell us that she would call us back THAT SAME DAY. NOTHING, not one phone call from Maria at all. I find this to be insensitive, rude and dismissive. What type of administrator is THAT inconsiderate and insensitive to a family that has lost their loved one that resided there? We have a list of our Mom's belongings that Country Villa had us fill out in which they to took photo copies. Why can't Maria DELEGATE someone to give us the belongings in her absence? Did they discard our Mom's belongings? IF and since she's not there on Saturdays why can't she be competent enough to delegate someone to give us the belongings? We've scheduled for during the week, and when we called to confirm she totally forgot and said she didnt see it in her schedule...we let that go. We were told that SHE is the only one that can give us Mommy's belongings so Weekends are out altogether. Maria is being totally rude and dismissive to NOT call us back to tell us SOMETHING!!! Since MARIA is supposedly the ONLY ONE that can give us Mommy's belongings and she continues to dismiss us, I feel that she has discarded our Mom's belongings...OUR MEMORIES! It is painful to think that they are that insensitive in denying US closure and that this has to continue to be an issue. IF our Mom's belongings have been thrown out OR taken... PLEASE, just be honest and tell us so that we can move forward. I AM HURT and DISGUSTED and very emotional about WHY WE CAN'T GET MY MOTHER'S belongings from this place...MARIA. I have never resorted to such measures, but probably should have when in our absence (because we work) another patient's family member had to inform the facility that my mom had fallen out of her bed, laying upside down on her HEAD because they failed to put her side rails up that protect her from falling out of the bed...especially since we had to constantly remind them of several times during our visitations. I do not resort to these measures in writing complaints, but enough is enough. PLEASE contact US the family to get our Mother's belongings, OR be honest and let us know if you've discarded them. We would like to move forward in our grieving period of losing our beloved Mommy.

Very friendly environment my grandmother lover the therapy she received Amy and her team were amazing explaining every exercise. The facility overall was clean and well kept. Michelle and Andrew helped with the transition from hospital to facility and always reached out to my family. Highly recommend this facility for rehab and nursing care.

This was rather confusing, because I wanted to review Country Villa Belmont Heights and it kept reverting to another name. I want to recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a compassionate and caring staff to take care of their loved ones. I was very impressed with the undivided attention of the staff to every detail in making the residents happy. The nurses really love the residents and are so respectful and intuitive to their needs. In some places, when you try to call a nurse, it takes forever, but here, the nurses responded immediately and never seemed to get impatient. Very refreshing.
