Loved this bank but it seems like they have gone back on some of their original standards... like only 1 overdraft fee when an account goes over... they hit you up multiple times and when asked about it they people shrug their shoulders as if they never knew about any of it. Its like theyre trying to take advantage where ever they can. I get sometimes the account goes over (which is extreemly rare for me) but then Im seeing a huge negative balance because they ran multiple things through that werent showing before or even on the holds page. Just seems a little fishy to me. The app must have bugs in it or something because its getting pretty out of hand.

Unreal a $12.00 fee to make a credit card payment over phone! Robbery flat out worse than a bank, I thought credit unions were supposed to be better for the smaller people’s needs seems like the proof is in the pudding glad I am almost completely free of this institution!

It's a long story but they took money for a loan payment they thought was past due but infact was not due to a lack of communication within the credit union. I don't have financial freedom meaning that when they took that money it screwed me in how I pay all of my bills. I feel like the manager at the molalla branch has a problem with me and is unwilling to do anything to help me so I just closed the account and to hell with them.
