I have been meaning to stop by for years. I'm a Heavy Seas fan especially their IPAs. It wasn't very busy when I stopped in and sat right at the bar. Started off with a Hazy Cannon which was nice and refreshing. I then did a flight of dark to light and all were very good. The service was great and they have a food truck in the parking lot for munchies.

Heavy Seas Beer 🏴☠️ 🍺 is a fine brewery serving up some very tasty beer. I would like to thank Aaron for taking care of me. I would also like to give a shout out to Fred. Fred, although I did not get the chance to meet you in person, we spoke via email in 2015. One day down the road the man from Michigan will make sure to send you photos of a completed project. ~ Rick

Tap house at the front of the Heavy Seas Brewery (formerly Clipper City) in Halethorpe, half a mile outside the beltway. We love their beer. Their famous ones are Loose Cannon, Double Cannon, Tropi …

Yes, they now have a doggie station in the tap room. No dogs on tour though.
Yes, and every 3rd Sunday of the month they have somone in character to talk about pirate history, beer history, along with the brewing process and equipment they use. You will also receive a pint glass (to keep) and 4 sample tickets to try some beer on tap in the tap room, which applies to all tours there.
Call the brewery
They only serve what they brew there on site. It's their tap house. Soooo.... Yeah, it's as domestic as it gets.
Yes you can. They have a selection of their regular brews you can find in any site and a number of limited run options that are harder to find.
