ZERO STAR. THIS IS BAD COMPANY TO WORK FOR. DISPACH ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL FLAG YOU AS A DRIVER AND TREAT YOU BAD FOR NOT MOVING LOADS HOW THEY WANT YOU TOO. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY CAN’T EXPLAIN HOW OR WHY YOU ARE SHORT ON PAY. ALSO, YAZMIN NEVER ANSWERS PHONE CALLS OR REPLIES TO TEXT MESSAGES. MANAGEMENT IS VERY POOR. DON’T TRY TO WORK THERE FEES ARE TO LOW THEY MAKE IT SOUND ATTRACTIVE WITH LOW GAS PRICES. THEY DONT PAY WAITING TIME OR NOTHING ELSE. THINK TWISE TO APPLY THERE.

How do you become a driver for container connection? I used to be field supervisor for securitas so i know the operation, met alot of the drivers and all were awesomely respectful. ....now im back in the trucking business and would love to join them.
