Management is extremely unprofessional. Was charged the incorrect amount and was essentially told to “deal with it”. Contacted corporate, they said they spoke with the manager who gave them a different story than they told me. No refund issued. Down $130.

Food was generally good quality. Friendly service behind the counter. Dining area doesn't seem to be a priority during high traffic times. Expect to wipe down your own tables, and food on the floor.

The BEST Panda Express. Portions are generous. The staff is upbeat and welcoming. I’ll keep coming back for the hot fresh meals especially that orange chicken. OMG the orange chicken is so good every time.

Hello Anita. First I want to let you know that questions here are sent to other Google Map users that may have at one time visited the merchant. Panda Express might not ever see your question. Most of us users will do our best to help answer questions but might not always give the best or correct one. Since I often visit Panda Express maybe I can explain. I order the plate. This has your choice of sides: rice, steamed veggies or noodles and two entrees. The side can be split. I often get fried rice and veggies. The receipt always list the sides as 1/2 plus 1/2 even if both are the same. Perhaps this is what you have experienced?
