Horrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes to get my room keys which I have no problem doing but the person at the desk never made eye contact with me… ?! Was chastised about not spraying vegetable oil on the waffle maker (insert eye roll). I witnessed another customer getting yelled at about the vegetable oil, as well as a friend staying in the hotel. I suggest the directions to make waffles is put in a more obvious place and in a font larger than size 12. And if I want to peel off my waffle and feed it to the two children I have with me please let me do so in peace. Under the beds were FILTHY (cough drops, trash, food, a purse, etc) which just made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the place. Housekeeping knocked on our door an hour and a half before check out. I love Hampton but NOT THIS ONE.

Great service, decent breakfast, surprisingly quiet rooms, comfortable bed, but terrible water pressure with barely lukewarm showers if you are lucky. I would use this hotel again when I visit the area if they were to fix the showers.

Good: very friendly staff, both Ralph who checked us in & the lady who was in the morning shift were very pleasantly nice! Location is good, only a few miles from our fave Brazilian restaurant Chama Gaucha and a few from our next hotel in downtown. And I only used 20000 pts for the stay Bad: building is old, I had water pressure issues twice during my morning shower, each for ~ 20 seconds, only drips, this was on 6th floor. Breakfast was OK, waffle maker too old...haha Conclusion: will stay again in the future but will ask for a lower floor room to alleviate water pressure issues Oh BTW, generous welcome snack for honors members, see the pictures!

Staff was great! Building needs help... peeling paint, strong smoke smell in room, elevator squeaky, furnishings worn down, carpets need replacing. Our toilet was leaking while we were at a funeral and came back to the room to find water all over the bathroom. The staff was awesome and moved us to a new room right away. We always stay at Hamptons, in fact just stayed at one in Rolla, MO last week and this one needs some TLC

There is a pool in the hotel.
To me that sounds like an early check in, and an early check out. I'm sure they will charge a regular nightly rate, just call for an early check-in approval.
