I was on the hunt for new living room furniture. My neighbors raved about their experience with the Regency store in Frederick. I walked in and looked around, I was thrilled not to be attacked by hungry salespeople. After a while, Mike found me testing out some couches. I told him what I was looking for and he led me around the store sharing his favorite collections. I sat, layed, and bounced on different selections. Mike had a great personality that made the experience fun. We even looked up other options in their system. I found a couch that I loved, very comfortable, I never felt rushed. He put all of my information and choice in system ready to check out....when I found a collection that I fell in love with. He wasn't bothered to change everything, he was focused on my satisfaction. The check out process was smooth and the front desk staff were so kind and professional. I even got delivery in seven days. Mike Furniture as I have him in my phone is awesome. Be sure to check out their sales and ask for him by name.

I had no intentions of buying anything today, but Chris, the sales manager greeted me immediately and showed me some great options on furniture I was searching for. Anit, was very sweat and helped with my financing which was a fast process. Great experience, and I’ll be returning for future furniture needs.

Scott was very helpful off the bat. Showed us several options and told us when we can expect our furniture. Brianna in the office was pleasant and thorough on explaining all the details of our purchase. If you need any kind of furniture the sales here are great!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE I bought from this store some couches and a few days later they were worn out, we went to the store to show what was happening and when we came to the general manager he was treating us differently because of our skin color. This is the last time that we will buy furniture from that store. My recommendation is to not buy furniture from that store, you will be so disappointed from the quality of the product.
