Horrible customer service. They don’t answer the phones when you do finally get someone to pick up an hour later they are extremely rude. I asked if I had left my debit card there and instead of going to look to see if it was turned in it was an automatic nope. Very rude since the new management took over when Melissa was there the customer service was amazing, she treated her employees great. I am ashamed to say I am a former employee left due to relocating to NC. Also your loss prevention stalks and harrasses customers that are doing no wrong in your store.

This Walmart feels really Races they couldn’t help me on anything an I custom service was really bad.The manager was really rude an act like she could not help me. I will be letting other customers know how things are at this Walmart

Fake sales, the prices on the roll backs On TVS aren’t even the same ones as rung up. Literally a Hisense 4k tv advertised as $200 rolled back and rung up $300. Complained and they told me the only $200 tv they have a off brand one when the label at the TVS matches up exactly to the one I got. Such bs.

This Walmart is HORRIBLE! There employees are rude and today we experienced an employee talking rudely about us to another customer because we were checking out groceries in the self checkout. It’s SELF CHECKOUT used to check out your own groceries for whatever reason you want. It’s not express checkout for 10 items or less, so if it’s a problem that my mother checks out her groceries and her mothers who is older and it makes it easier for her to do it herself then have an express checkout AND self checkout. OR hire more cashiers so lines aren’t as long where ever you go to check out. But for Walmart employees to be rude and “try” to talk behind their customers back is ridiculous!! And it’s not the first time it’s happened to them!
