Poor birds’ waters looked unclean, cages looked low maintained. Employees need to keep eye on birds and if you see that their waters look like this then change them, even if you have to multiple times a day. I asked the lady how often they change the water, they say day and night, but if you have 1 bird per cage, the water shouldn’t look that dirty. I’m infuriated and will steer everyone I know away from this place.

I enjoyed my visit it was pretty fast for them to grab me a parakeet I did get the last male though but the worker told they get new ones on Wednesday but it's variety of mixes males and females

I’d rate it even less. Both locations near me are horrible. These places need to be shut down. NONE of the animals are taken care of, workers are either not being trained properly or they are just lazy. Dead fish, hardly a selection, reptile cages have been dirty for weeks maybe even months, birds just look bored and cramped. Makes me want to clean their cages so bad and give them loving homes:( they had a bunny in a 10 gallon tank!!! Horrible living for that bunny. Need to have a petition to shut them down for good!!

I got my rats here and they were very well bred and good natured. The lady I talked to about them was very knowledgeable and had taken care of them since they were babies. The only negative thing is the open food in the bins always has bugs in it.

Yep. Open 10am to 6pm Monday through Sunday until further notice
To be honest I would contact their store and ask one of their staff members what their age requirements are to work at their store. Good luck.
Actually if you call ahead and ask for the groomers they'll be able to answer your question accurately and if they can't do it then they'll point you in the direction to someone who can...;*)
Yes they do
Not sure if they groom dogs 🐩
I do not know . i did not go into that area
They have a reptile room so I would imagine they do
Yes we have automatic ones and a "manual" one.
Haven't had any in a super long time.
The staff there is very helpful you could always stop in or call.
They do sometimes you might just need to call or stop by
You could always call the store and find out what they carry.
Healthy Paws
Maybe. I know they alow dogs.
No
Yes
Don't know i don't work there is that a type of bird
The pet warehouse in my area of WI sometimes will have kittens as you come into the store in a big cage for everyone to see but are very pricey to buy since they come with all their shots and all other vet items that r needed for them You would be better off going to a humane society in your area pf the city or state where u live
They do have a a lot of bird stuff, not sure though. You should call them
They sell Fromm at Eden Garden and Pets on 70th just south of Greenfield.
They will eat the eggs if they feel threatened. Another option is to remove the parents. You'll have to have a tank ready for the parents
Masks over nose and on, won't let you touch animals unless your buying, social distance
I believe they have a low cost vet clinic. Call or visit their web site. This is a pet store not a vet clinic. Probably best to take your pet to a Veterinary clinic.
There are cats they probably didnt have any at the moment
