My favorite diner in the Westfield area (among the 4). The place is clean, spacious. Wait staff is attentive. Food is well prepared, traditional diner cuisine at very reasonable prices. I just wish there were open a bit earlier (e.g. 7am). Plenty of off-street parking.

Tons of options. Food comes out extremely fast. Workers are friendly and professional. They have gluten free pancakes, which are really good! Highly recommend.

Nice staff, decent diner food. Had an omelette and fries which is normally my go to at a diner but it just didn’t do it for me. Had to add LOTS of hot sauce because there really was no flavor on the omelette. The French fries are nice and golden though. Wouldn’t say it was a horrible experience but probably wouldn’t make it my choice diner. Now my standard COVID commentary as of February 2022. Not all staff are wearing masks. Social distancing is a little hard when it’s crowded. The booths were very nice though in the sense that they made it seem less packed.

My friend & I were looking to try something different from our usual spot where we meet monthly to catch up on life. I decided on the Westfield Diner for brunch yesterday. I knew that choosing brunch on a Sunday would be a challenge in terms of long waits and possible bad service but hey, that's what we did. I am giving the Diner 2 stars because the woman at the front door was gracious enough to seat us ahead of many individuals because I was waiting on my friend. The service basically ended there. Our waiter's anxiety about the crowd was very apparently resulting in him being very rude to us. We ordered omelets which were severally overcooked. I ended up very sick because my food just sat on my chest and would not digest. My friend & I were there for several hours just discussing life. The brunch crowd was over and yet they kept asking us if we were finished with our food and seemed to hurry us out of there. My review is not about my experience but specifically about the food which is why I go out to eat. I would never eat there again or at least, not during rush hours.
