Crazy how I never even really knew this place existed. Pretty cool, I saw a bench on a hill facing the water that looked very inviting. Not sure if there is another somewhere surrounding it but nice little attraction to the park

Plenty of paths around Hartung park and the parkway. Not sure where Townsend is. But one can walk North to Silver Spring and South to Hart and Hoyt Parks on walking paths.
