Happy kiddos and beautiful trees. Pricey trees though. Polite employees who seemed attentive. They frost their trees beautifully. There's a few cute places for photos. Their pumpkin patch was much more exciting and family oriented.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this pumpkin patch with my family, after complaining about the ridiculously short pony rides ( 90 secs, tops) and pointing out that the saddle used did not have a safety belt (or like safety features for kids). Instead of rectifying the situation ( asking the pony operator to switch saddles, and maybe take a few more steps to make it worth the $15), the patch owner came over and simultaneously apologized--offering to refund my money (I didn't ask her to) and distancing herself from the pony operator as an independent contractor--and accosted me--saying my expectations were too high, asking what my problem was ("Did your daughter get hurt? No, okay then."). Confused? Yeah, I was too. When I asked why she was being so confrontational and contradictory-- offering to refund my money ( so I would "leave happy") out of one side of her mouth; being super aggressive out of the other--she asked for my name and profession. I answered; she then asked how I would feel if someone criticized my work. When I told her it happens all the time and everyone has to be open to criticism, she said that never happens to her, and started going on about how her clients love her and always send huge floral bouquets and gushing thank you letters. At this point, I could see I was dealing with an unreasonable person, so I told her I had had enough and she could keep the $45. The sad thing is, had she truly come over with the intention of smoothing things over (instead of escalating the situation), we probably would have stayed and spent more money at this patch because we were already there. I regret that my daughter had to leave in tears, but there was no way I was going to stay after that bipolar attempt to "make the customer happy". And for the record: When I purchased the pony ride tickets (and signed their liability waiver), the cashier assured me the pony operator had a child-safe saddle and said the pony operators took the kids "up and around" the adjacent lot; so my expectations were not my own, but AS DESCRIBED by the cashier.

Pricy but fun. Goats and pigs and bunnies. Can pet. Bouncers in 15 minute runs for 8 bucks. Straw and pumpkins.

A good experience. Went with my daughter and had some fun. Its one of the few pumpkin patches around. Animals, some slides, a hay ride and or course pumpkins!
