Please make sure they give you a confirmation for everything they say they’re doing for you. My parents went into pre order an iPhone on September 17th and the employees working there went through the whole process and told them that the phone had been ordered. The day came for the phone to be available and they didn’t have it. We went to a different store to check if they had ordered the phone and they had not. They lied to us so we decided to order it from a different store in Morristown. I guess they didn’t feel like doing their job that day. Very annoying.

Thanks for a help, it was great job. I forgot her name, i think Ashley. Before, i was in 2 same at&t stores, i had a chat with support. i called to 611.. and nothing, nobody can't help me. but she did!
