Firestone Complete Auto Care of Budd Lake NJ has again earned my trust as a tire seller and auto repair shop. Walked in Friday, 6/10, to schedule purchase of 4 new Destination LE3 tires before 7/5 online rebate end and service advisor (Alex*) was extremely helpful scheduling install & alignment for next morning to take advantage of other in shop discounts that ended on 6/12. $180 dollar savings between in shop & online. Alex* / Firestone again provided the same discounts and service for new tires on 4 corroded aluminum rims for my daughter's car which they cleaned and complete also on 6/12. They are currently repairing a bad tie-rod end on my other vehicle today. Service provided very quickly, as quoted and with great savings on good Firestone tires. Thank you Alex* & Firestone again for meeting my customer needs. (Edit: name correction by daughter)

The staff in Budd Lake are always so thorough with my car. My car is old and needs to last and they help me keep it in shape! Even if I think something is wrong they double check everything to make sure it’s not. Alan is so wonderful and has amazing customer service and all the mechanics are skilled. Highly recommend!
