They switch investors about two times a year from John Hancock to empower within a short amount of time and many others I don’t know and I don’t think that’s a good thing but they should At least have the decency to tell their workers in a time like this where to find their 401(k) information Very unprofessional

I called and spoke to one of the managers, who was very professional and super helpful. I told her how many pallets I needed and she told me to come on down and was waiting for us. Her team loaded our truck. We were in and out quickly with high quality pallets for a very reasonable price. This was a great overall experience and I will definitely be back.
