While front desk staff( Alex, Kaitlyn, Jan and Briona) have done above and beyond with every aspect of service as well as the kitchen/food staff. The overall maintenance, lack of cleanliness, amongst having to change rooms several times upon checking in is below the brand recognition of residence inn let alone Marriott.... With all that has transpired Management has yet to reach out to us which screams a lack of care and a lack of concern for their clients... We are here for atleast 30 days, with this being known by staff, price point being what it is as well as brand recognition would warrant a better experience however this has not been the case as we are awaiting transferring to another suite once again... Disappointment is an understatement. Will update if Management ever reaches out... Not many in room upgrades i.e. usb outlets, TV's (were others offer HBO and other premier channels here does not also not personalized on screen greeting), dated furniture and appliances, the window treatments are also manual not controlled by switches but by rods and etc....

Rooms a bit warn. The shower curtain liner had a large stain, but couldn't seem to get maid service or get it changed. Desk staff was good, and breakfast was better than the average hotel fare. One day they had an omelet maker that they should have put out every day. Could use an awning at the front door and more luggage carts.

Great hotel. We stayed here for our wedding night and had a block of rooms. Celma could not have been any more helpful in the whole process. The night before and day of events went smoothly and all of the staff was just wonderful to work with.

Came the first time booked 2 rooms. The 1st room was perfect no issues. The second room smelled like feet and had an issue with the door looking properly. The pool wasn't bad. When I came back a few months later hair was everywhere, no hot water around 4 am, the shower curtain hanging by a thread, and some rusted Utensils. The pool had too much chlorine. It started to irritate and leave red rashes on my little one's skin. Marriott seems to be falling apart.
