Rick made what could have been a super stressful experience getting rid of my wedding set so much easier--and it happened on the anniversary of my divorce, which was just...poetic. 😁 He did everything above-board and explained what he was doing, and we negotiated a price that I was very, very happy with. Wasn’t a great experience at all. Which had my two year old daughter with me and I took my ring in and the guy was literally smoking in front of my child. They also wanted to buy my engagement ring for $90, and we bought the ring for $923. which he told me Kays ripped me off. I asked him how he couldn’t explain anything to me.

Rick gave me $200 for 18k diamond saying he knew I had to have paid 3 grand. That I got took that he wouldn't sell it for more than 300$ in his store. A couple other rings he knew I needed the money. He put up for sale at 3500. A couple other valuable rings as well. I had to eat it needed the money at the time. One ring was a few hundred years old very heavy gold, got 106$ for it, it was a cherished gift. Everytime I see his commercial I get sick to my stomach.
