There hours are posted Monday-Friday 9am to 8pm. It’s 9:27am on Monday they still aren’t open. I’ve come other days in the afternoon and they are closed. Tired of the inconvenience and will stop using them

A new Asian girl tried cutting my hair and was destroying it. I asked her to stop and let someone else finish my cut. The person who offered to finish it was the manager, also Asian. She was rude to me but finished my cut. When she cut my boyfriend's hair I asked her to shorten it a little. She snapped at me and raised her voice then proceeded to start a fight with me. I was completely shocked! I sat there and shut up I was so shocked. The woman continued to go off on me. My bf asked me if I wanted to leave and get his hair finished elsewhere. The woman reported,"That's good!", in a sharp, raised voice. I have never in my entire life had such a shocking experience. I have never had a MANAGER raise their voice at me just for asking hair to be shaved slightly shorter on the sides. It was the worst and most shocking experience I have ever had from an establishment... and from MANAGEMENT, too! I need to get my hair fixed but I am afraid to go back. I have never been treated so rude! My partner and I PAID to be yelled at, treated demeanly and snapped at. We want our money back. It wasn't right and my hair still needs to be fixed. My partner never should have tipped the manager. You don't tip bad service or when you are yelled at. We were wronged. We deserve our money back and my hair still needs to be fixed. This establishment needs to fix this. I have never been so shocked. I am afraid to go back.

So I went in with a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and I knew it wouldn't be exactly like the picture but i had high hopes. This wonderful lady(I don't know her name) done an amazing job on my hair. She was super nice, friendly, and didn't talk about me in another language in front of me. (Which has happened at other places.) I will definitely go back just because she made me feel special. Here's to u my friend

The employees were very rude and demonstrated little effort for customer satisfaction. My stylist was very rude with her attitude and she left all my cut hair all over my face and neck . She did not bother hair drying my hair. Instead I had to walk home with hair particles stuck on my collar and pants. Next time I’ll think twice of coming here. Also they seem to rush when a new customer walks in. Honestly if you want a quality Haircut go somewhere else.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.

I get a senior discount for $16.00. A regular haircut isn't that much more. They are much better, in my opinion, than Super Cuts.
