Kids loved it. We adults liked it. Could have been a little longer for the price. Felt rushed and we got in quick which is a plus but we were running into the people in front of us and the people behind us so we couldn't get that scare like we went there for . Clown section was crazy colors were vibrant and on point . Small improvements but overall a great experience for everyone.

First time experiencing Hotel of Horror, upon arrival it was all very organized, ample parking, staff very friendly, the building itself is the perfect host for such an attraction. …

Waited about 1hr in line which was nuts. If you're a adult who doesn't scare easy then this isn't the place for you. My 11yo had a lot of fun and a lot of startled moments but never actually scared. It was cool and the decorations are …

Was told it was scary. Not the case! well decorated, not enough actors. Most of the parts were closed due to the Vid (covid). I laughed more than anything. May scare the kids, but not much fun for adults.

Both the hotel of horror and the altered nightmares are 20 per person any age
The first Saturday after Halloween will be the last running day. Saturday, November 2nd, 2019. Enjoy!
Depends on the night. Sunday's were cheaper for the combo pass $30. Popular nights its $35 for the combo. The theater show is an additional $5 any night.
Its between 35 and 40 for a combo ticket depending on what time of the season you go.
They have a small stand outside with various food and drinks available for purchase. During haunt hours supplied by Nibors coffee
No. It's a haunted attraction. No overnight stay is currently available.
You are going to have to bend over in some spots to walk the ceilings get very low and tight. I hope this helps you.
One can buy tickets at location. Lots of fun
It depends on how fast or slow you and your group walk through. Its Actually 20 to 25 mins per attraction
You can use it from your phone
Generally speaking, they are only open Friday through Sunday, but may be open for a special occasion otherwise.
The hours are 7 to 11 Friday, 6 to 11 Saturday and 7 to 10 Sunday. Tickets can be bought online for a time slot to help avoid a wait and also on site. You can buy a ticket for just the "hotel of Horror" attraction for $30 or a combo pass to include altered nightmares for $40. I highly recommend going through both sides. (I'm a current actor here)
Their hours are posted on their website. In terms of policy, I don't know what their written hours are. But I went Sunday 9-27-2020 @ 7:00 pm. I believe the attraction runs til about 10:00 pm but you will need to double check.
There's 2 sections. Each one is about a 15 minute walk through.
One part of altered nightmares you have to bend down but you still walk through
There is an age limit. 13 or older. Its not suited for young chidren. Unless the parent feels the child is ready. I work there
