We recently stayed in Santa Monica and are very glad to have discovered Sushi Roku at Ocean and Santa Monica. The food and service were both exceptional! We loved it so much we ate here 3 nights in a row. Needless to say, we highly recommend it.

The only think was great about this place the location. The food is average with astronomical prices. The kitchen was so late we had to cancel the last order. Apparently they were busy with lunch pick up orders. I had better food in much less fancier places and better prices. Santa Monica has become an overpriced Tourist Trap.

My family had a delicious dinner at Sushi Roku. Great location to for those visiting pier, promenade, or after a afternoon of shopping. The vibe of the restaurant is upbeat, on trend, and almost club-y but in a really VIP way. The food is very good. Ordered many dishes and all were delicious. Not one complaint. My 7 year old son ordered the ramen and they specialized it for his taste (not spicy) and he LOVED IT! Good for families, maybe not pre-school age. Didn’t see kid’s menu. I’d come back again for more yokitori. Prices add up quick. $200+ for 3 people with 1 alcohol and 2 non- alcohol drinks.

The location is nice, across from the beach for a sunset dinner. It is understandably more pricey. The sushi and sashimi are fine but not surprising.
