This was my first time having Friendly's. The reason I went here is because I was craving Chicken Tenders. I walked in the restaurant and was seated immediately. My chicken tenders and waffle fries tasted like it was fresh out the grease and it came out fast. If Lisa is your server, you are lucky because she will work nonstop to get you your food. 2nd Review Due to my 1st time being a success I went back here a couple of days later. When I got here I was told I would be seated in 10-15 mins. I ended up having to wait a hour to be seated and the place wasn’t even halfway full. My assumed reason for the long wait time is because the kitchen was understaffed. The food here is good but the service was so terrible the second time around I have to give this place a 2-Star.

Handprint sneak prints all over the seating all over the windows it was filthy my daughters didn’t even wanna eat there but we were so hungry smh! They clean the tables and nothing else and the tables are barely clean you guys need to do better

Absolutely loved it! We took the kids to the water park at the Great Wolf Lodge Resort and the food was not that great! So we decided to search for a kid friendly restaurant and we found one of our favorites to dine from NY! The kids enjoyed their meals and ice cream! The waitress was amazing and even charged my son tablet.

For my first experience I can't complain their flame broiled burgers are amazing just like cooking on grill at home!! Would recommend to anyone. Hopefully you get the waitress we had Chanel was her name definitely knows all bout customer service and very great attitude.
