Underfunded and slightly run down gym in lehighton, but not many other choices in town. Group classes are primarily for seniors

Beautiful place, very nice gym with many options to use. Batting cage downstairs which we used. Would highly recommend if your live in the Lehighton area

What is the L.I.F.E class

L.I.F.E. Class begins with a 10 minute warm-up & stretch section designed to initially increase heart rate, blood flow and warm-up joints & muscles. We then move to a 30-40 minute main section where format changes on a three day class rotation to provide variety. During this portion, various pieces of equipment are used such as hand weights, weighted ball, shaker weights, resistance bands, stability balls, ankle weights, etc. The last 10 minutes focus on stretching to improve flexibility. Depending on the day, format could include easy choreography, classic circuit training or a Tabata-style circuit. All of the exercises can either be performed standing or sitting in chair.
